The App provides AI-based image and video generation services, including image-to-video generation, text-to-video generation, template-based creation, AI rendering, and related creative tools.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We may collect the following types of information depending on how you use the App.
We use collected information for the following purposes:
Uploaded images, facial images, facial videos, prompts, template inputs, and generation settings may be processed by AI systems to perform requested generation tasks.
Such data is used only for App-related AI generation, model inference, rendering, template execution, generation-quality improvement, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service functionality.
We do not use uploaded facial media for advertising, resale, unrelated profiling, or unrelated third-party training.
Where additional consent is required by law or Apple App Store policy for model training, service improvement, or other specific processing, we will request such consent before that use.
Uploaded media and generated media are not intended for permanent storage.
If you use guest mode without binding your guest identity to a supported account, some data and assets may be linked only to the current device-based guest identity. If you uninstall the App, clear App data, change devices, or lose access to the guest identity before binding it, related data, purchase records, Diamonds, or generated records may not be recoverable.
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate the App, including:
These providers may process data only for service-related purposes and according to applicable confidentiality, privacy, and security obligations.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, regulatory request, platform policy enforcement, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the App, or others.
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of their personal data.
If you sign in with Apple, deleting App data does not delete your Apple account. It deletes or disconnects the App profile and App-related personal data associated with your Apple login, subject to retention required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, subscription, purchase verification, dispute handling, or accounting purposes.
If you use the App in guest mode, certain data may be linked to a device-based guest identity. Guest data may not be fully recoverable if the App is uninstalled, App data is cleared, the device is changed, or the guest identity is lost before account binding.

Subscription cancellation must be managed separately through Apple:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AI Fantasy Vision → Cancel Subscription
Deleting your App account or App data does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
The App is not intended for children under the applicable legal age.
Users must not upload, generate, request, or manipulate content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, deceptive, abusive, or harmful contexts.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent where required by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete such data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, login credentials, Apple account, and App account.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries or regions other than your place of residence, depending on our infrastructure and service providers.
Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable measures to protect personal data involved in international processing or transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be identified by a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
